Shoe Peg Corn Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can Shoe Peg corn
1 can tiny English peas
2 small cans chopped pimento
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped bell pepper
1 chopped onion
1 can sliced water chestnuts, cut slices in half or fourths
1/4 c. oil
1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. apple cider vinegar
Preparation

Pour over vegetables and refrigerate.
Better if it is made a day ahead of time.
