Eggplant Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger, chopped
    1 round onion, chopped
    1 round eggplant
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of oregano
    dash of pepper
    1 can tomato soup
Preparation
    Peel the eggplant and cut into 1/4-inch slices.
    Soak in water for about 10 minutes.
    Remove from water.
    Pat dry and fry lightly. Grease a casserole dish and layer the following ingredients in the dish:
    eggplant, browned hamburger, chopped onion, salt, pepper, oregano and tomato soup.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour with a cover and for 1/2 hour without a cover.
