Polish Sauerkraut - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. Polish sausage
    3 1/2 lb. beef and pork roast
    3 kosher dill pickles, sliced
    10 oz. fresh mushrooms, sauteed
    onion and garlic
    3 lb. jar sauerkraut (do not drain)
Preparation
    May add tomatoes and sour cream.
