Rainbow Cream Cheese Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pears, diced
    2 apples, cored and chopped
    2 bananas, sliced
    1 pt. fresh strawberries, sliced
    3 c. seedless grapes
    1/2 lemon, juiced
    8 oz. fat-free strawberry cream cheese
    1/2 c. packed light brown sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla extract
    1/2 Tbsp. ground cinnamon
    1 c. Fat-free pretzels, broken
Preparation
    Combine all the fruit, add lemon juice and toss. Blend together the cream cheese, brown sugar, vanilla and cinnamon. Add fruit and pretzels, fold together. Serve immediately with a dollop of lite whipped topping or refrigerate until chilled.
