Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 stick butter, melted
    1 c. sour cream
    2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated (optional)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except for 1 cup cheese.
    Put into a large greased casserole.
    Top with the 1 cup grated cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
