Workday Meal - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans French-style green beans
    3 to 4 potatoes, sliced thin
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 can celery soup
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. ground beef
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Combine celery and mushroom soups.
    Add water to soups and set aside.
    In a buttered baking dish, layer beans, potatoes and onion. Pour half of soup mixture on top.
    Place ground beef on top of this.
    Pour remaining soup over the ground beef.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/4 hours.
    At end of cooking time, top with buttered Ritz crackers and return to oven until crumbs turn brown.
