Vegetable Salad(Serves 8 To 10) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 Tbsp. cabbage
1 small head lettuce
1/2 pkg. spinach, rinsed well
1 pkg. broccoli florets
1 pkg. cauliflower florets
1 green pepper, cut in strips
1 cucumber, washed, peeled and sliced thin
1 Spanish onion, sliced thin
1 small pkg. radishes, cut into flowers
2 carrots, washed and diced
4 tomatoes, cut into triangles
