Yummy Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter, at room temperature
    1/2 c. Crisco
    3 c. sugar
    5 eggs
    3 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/4 c. shredded coconut
    1 tsp. coconut flavoring
    Pam spray
Preparation
    Cream butter, Crisco and sugar together.
    Combine dry ingredients (flour, baking powder and salt).
    Alternate 1 egg and the dry ingredients until all 5 eggs are mixed in.
    Add coconut and coconut flavoring and blend.
    Spray 3 (2 pound) loaf pans with Pam and flour lightly.
    Pour in mixture.
    Bake 1 1/4 hours at 325\u00b0 (not preheated).
