Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 lb.) bag frozen hash browns
    1 can cream of celery, mushroom or chicken sup
    green pepper or onion to your taste
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and place in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake in the oven until golden brown at 350\u00b0 approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour.
