Ribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. spareribs (country-style)
    1 c. strained peaches (two 4 1/2 oz. jars baby food)
    1/2 c. catsup
    1/3 c. vinegar
    2 tsp. ginger
    2 Tbsp. shoyu
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    2 cloves garlic, minced
Preparation
    Rub spareribs on both sides with salt and pepper.
    Put ribs in foil lined shallow pan. Bake for 15 minutes at 450\u00b0. Drain fat. Pour sauce over ribs.
    Bake for 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0, basting occasionally.
