Hickory Nut Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cups sugar
6 whole eggs, beaten
3 Tbsp. baking powder
1 quart ground hickory or pecans
1 c. butter
4 cups flour
1 c. whiskey, brandy or wine
Preparation

Mix all ingredients. Pour into grease pan. Bake at 350 degrees for one 1 1/2 hours. Ice with 7 minute frosting or frosting of choice.
