Fish-Cheese Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. bass
    1 onion, chopped
    1/2 lb. American cheese, grated
    1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Spread half the cheese and the onion over the bottom of baking dish.
    Place fish on top and cover with remaining cheese.
    Combine remaining ingredients and pour over cheese.
    Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
