Lasagne-In-A-Bun - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. ground beef
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/2 envelope dry onion soup mix
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    1/4 tsp. basil
    1 egg, beaten
    3/4 c. Ricotta cheese
    1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    8 hard rolls
Preparation
    Cook ground beef and drain.
    Add tomato sauce, soup mix, oregano and basil.
    Cook, covered, on low for 5 minutes.
    Uncover and cook 15 minutes.
    Combine egg, Ricotta cheese and Mozzarella cheese.
    Cut thin strips off tops of rolls and hollow out bottoms. Fill with layered meat mixture, cheese and more meat mixture and roll top.
    Cover each sandwich with foil and bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
    May be frozen and reheated.
