Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box Sweet 'N Low brand chocolate cake mix
    1/4 tsp. salt (omit if sodium restricted)
    1 c. water
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1/4 c. chopped almonds
Preparation
    Mix cake mix, salt, 1/4 cup water and vanilla extract in mixer for 3 minutes.
    Gradually add balance of water and mix for 1 minute.
    Pour batter into lightly greased 10-inch square baking pan.
    (One 8-inch square and one 8 x 4-inch pan can be used instead.)
    Sprinkle batter with chopped almonds.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Cut bars in pan.
    Makes 2 dozen bars (2 1/2 x 1 1/2-inch), 45 calories per brownie.
