Linguini With Garlic-Spinach Clam Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. linguini
2 Tbsp. olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
10 oz. pkg. frozen spinach, thawed with water squeezed out
2 (6 1/2 oz. each) cans chopped clams (not drained)
hot pepper sauce
Preparation

While linguini is cooking, heat olive oil in a skillet.
Add garlic and saute for about a minute.
Add the spinach and saute over medium heat for 5 minutes.
Add clams and their liquid and hot pepper sauce to taste and cook just until heated.
Serve tossed with the linguini, adding freshly grated Parmesan cheese and black pepper to taste.
