Whipped Caramel Frosting - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 Tbsp. enriched flour
1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. dark brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
Preparation

Cook flour and milk in saucepan over low heat until very thick, stirring constantly.
Cool completely. Cream the sugar and butter until light.
Add vanilla. Add creamed mixture to cooled flour mixture. Continue beating until of consistency of whipped cream.
Spoon flour into dry measuring cup; level or follow directions on bag.
