Pineapple Nut Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 c. chopped nuts
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. baking soda
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 stick oleo
2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Beat cream cheese, oleo and powdered sugar.
Add vanilla. Beat with electric mixer.
Put on cake, then nuts.
Store in refrigerator.
