Ingredients

3/4 c. oil
1/4 c. cider vinegar
3 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1/2 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. m.s.g.
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 heaping Tbsp. Dijon mustard
Preparation

Mix all ingredients in a jar and shake well or blend in a blender.
Refrigerate in a covered container. Will
keep for weeks.
Yields 1 1/4 cups.
