Make Ahead Eggs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 eggs
2 c. soft bread crumbs (about 6 slices)
1 1/2 c. milk
4 Tbsp. butter
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
1 can mushrooms, drained
1/2 tsp. dill weed
1/2 lb. shredded ham
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 small onion, chopped fine
Preparation

Melt butter in bottom of 13 x 9-inch pan.
Add bread to cover bottom of pan.
Put ham, cheese, mushrooms and onion on top of bread.
Combine remaining ingredients and beat well.
Pour over the ingredients already in the pan.
Cover with foil and let stand overnight in the refrigerator.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
