Never-Fail Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 1/4 c. shortening or 1 c. lard
    1 tsp. salt
    1 egg, well beaten
    5 Tbsp. water
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Cut shortening into flour.
    Combine egg, water and vinegar; pour liquid into flour mixture all at once. Blend with a spoon just until flour is all moistened. Yield: 2 double crusts.
