Salmon And Potato Scallop - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed, excess moisture squeezed out
    1 (5.25 oz.) pkg. sour cream 'n' chive scalloped potato mix
    1 (1 oz.) pkg. Ranch-style salad dressing mix
    2 c. boiling water
    1 c. milk
    1 (6 1/2 oz.) can pink salmon, drained
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    In a 2-quart baking dish, layer half of each of the following:
    spinach, potatoes, seasoning from potato mix and dry salad dressing mix.
    Pour on 1 cup boiling water and 1/2 cup milk.
    Top with all of salmon, distributing evenly. Repeat layers with remaining ingredients in same order, ending with milk.
    Cover with aluminum foil and bake 30 to 35 minutes, or until hot and bubbling.
    Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
