Corn Bread Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (6 oz.) corn bread mix or 1 pan favorite recipe
    1 3/4 c. green onions, chopped
    1 large bell pepper, chopped
    3 large firm tomatoes, chopped
    10 slices bacon, fried crisp and crumbled or use bacon bits
    1 3/4 c. cheese, shredded
    1 3/4 c. fat free mayonnaise
Preparation
    Bake corn bread according to directions on package.
    Cool and crumble in large salad bowl.
    Add all other ingredients. Refrigerate 8 hours or overnight.
    Serves 8 to 10.
