Broccoli-Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    1 stick margarine, melted
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 soup can milk
    1 c. uncooked Minute rice
    1 c. Velveeta cheese (I use medium sharp Cheddar)
    1 small onion, chopped
Preparation
    Combine
    all
    ingredients
    and bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for
    1 hour.
    (When in a hurry, I microwave 15 to 20 minutes, covered, and stirring after 5 minutes.)
