Barbara Nicklaus' Marinated Flank Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/3 c. dry Burgundy wine
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 tsp. red wine vinegar
1 to 2 Tbsp. packed brown sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. marjoram
3 Tbsp. minced green onions (including tops)

Preparation

Combine liquid ingredients and then stir in seasonings and green onions.
Pour over flank steak in glass bowl. Marinate, refrigerated, overnight.
Remove steak from marinade, reserving marinade.
Grill no more than 5 minutes per side.
Meanwhile, heat marinade and bring to a boil and boil 2 minutes.
Cut steak in thin diagonal slices and serve with marinade.
