Left-Over Mashed Potato Patties - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg
1 Tbsp. flour
1 small onion, chopped fine
Preparation

Mix egg with potatoes.
Blend in onion; add flour and mix well.
Spoon out mixture in a pan of flour and roll to coat both sides.
Drop in skillet of hot oil and fry on both sides until brown.
Any leftover meat pieces can be added to the mixture before browning.
