Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. lite or dark Karo syrup
    3 eggs
    1/3 stick oleo, melted
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/3 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. sugar
    3/4 c. pecans
Preparation
    Beat eggs well.
    Add all other ingredients and pour into uncooked pie crust.
    Bake 5 minutes in 475\u00b0 oven.
    Reduce heat to 300\u00b0 and cook 30 minutes or until firm.
