Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    2 large onions, chopped
    2 cloves garlic
    3 to 5 Tbsp. chili powder or more if desired
    2 qt. canned tomatoes
    2 (1 lb.) cans red kidney beans or pinto beans
Preparation
    Crumble ground beef in large skillet.
    Add onions and garlic. Cook until meat is brown, stirring frequently.
    Add all ingredients.
    Bring to rolling boil.
    Reduce heat and simmer 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    If too thick, may add 1 cup water.
