Chocolate Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 Tbsp. butter
    1/3 c. cocoa
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 c. scalded milk
    3 egg yolks, beaten
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/3 c. flour
Preparation
    Melt butter in saucepan. Stir in flour and the sugar. Add 1/2 cup milk at a time, stirring. Add cocoa after 1/2 milk. Add egg yolks, salt and vanilla. Stir until thick. Pour into cooked pie shell. Beat egg whites to a stiff peak. Place on top of pie and bake until golden brown.
