Cha-Soh Juhn(Korean Vegetable Pancakes) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, beaten
    3/4 c. flour
    1/4 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
    1 medium potato, shredded
    1 medium onion, shredded
    1 medium carrot, shredded
Preparation
    Beat first 4 ingredients in medium bowl.
    Add vegetables. Drop mixture by heaping tablespoonfuls onto hot, well-oiled skillet.
    Turn when edges begin to brown.
