Hot Chicken Salad Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole chicken, cooked and boned
    3 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
    1/2 can cream of mushroom soup
    2 c. celery, cut fine
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. sour cream
    1 can water chestnuts, drained and sliced
    1 (4 oz.) can mushroom stems and pieces
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 can fried onion rings, crushed
Preparation
    Cut chicken in small pieces and mix with the remaining ingredients except grated cheese and onion rings.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes and then sprinkle with grated cheese and crushed onion rings.
    Bake 15 minutes longer.
    This fits well in a 9 x 13-inch glass cake pan.
