Macaroni-Mushroom Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. macaroni
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. sliced mushrooms (optional)
    1 c. mayonnaise
    4 c. grated cheese
    1/2 c. chopped pimento
    crushed crackers
Preparation
    Cook macaroni in boiling salted water until tender; drain. Cook green pepper and onion in small amount of fat in skillet until tender.
    Combine all ingredients except cracker crumbs in large mixing bowl.
    Place in 2 buttered medium casseroles or 1 large casserole.
    Cover with cracker crumbs.
    Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes or until cheese melts and cracker crumbs brown.
    Yield: 12 servings.
