Mom'S Rhubarb Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 cups brown sugar
1/2 cup shortening
1 egg
1 cup sour milk
1 1/2 cups rhubarb, cut fine
2 cups flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Mix as for cake and pour into a greased 9x13 inch cake pan. Top with 1/2 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
