Buttermilk Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. solid shortening
    3 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. grated lemon rind
    6 eggs, separated
    2 1/2 c. plus 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour, sifted
    6 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Grease and flour angel food cake pan.
    Beat together shortening and sugar in large bowl with electric mixer at medium speed.
    Add salt, vanilla, lemon juice and lemon rind.
    Beat until fluffy.
    Add egg yolks and beat well.
    Set aside.
    Place flour in large bowl.
    Add cornstarch.
    Set aside.
