Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 small onion, chopped
    1 clove real garlic, minced
    salt
    pepper
    oregano
    turmeric
    sweet basil
    dash of sugar
    1 can tomato paste
    2 cans tomato sauce
    lasagna noodles
    grated Mozzarella cheese
    grated Cheddar cheese
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Brown beef, onion and garlic.
    Drain good.
    Add spices to taste.
    Add tomato paste and sauce.
    Bring to a boil and reduce heat to let simmer about 20 minutes.
    Cook noodles and drain. Layer in a greased casserole dish the sauce, noodles, Mozzarella cheese, sauce, Cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese and finish with noodles.
    Cover with foil and bake for 30 to 45 minutes.
