Granny Black'S Persimmon Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    pinch of salt
    2 c. flour
    4 c. persimmon pulp (or less)
    1 c. buttermilk
    3/4 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. cloves
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Place persimmons in sieve to separate seeds from pulp.
    Cream together first 3 ingredients.
    Add all other ingredients.
    Bake in pie plate or sheet pan at 375\u00b0 until firm.
    Do not jiggle in center.
