Lime Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime jello
    4 Tbsp. grated carrots
    4 Tbsp. chopped celery
    1 tsp. grated onion
    1 Tbsp. grated bell pepper
Preparation
    Mix jello in 1 cup boiling water and let set until it begins to congeal, then add all ingredients.
    Set in refrigerator until jelled, but not firm.
    Whip in 1 cup cottage cheese plus 1/2 cup mayonnaise. Return to refrigerator until set.
