Priscilla'S Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. oleo
1 c. sugar
1 egg
2 sq. unsweetened chocolate
1/4 c. milk
1 c. flour
1 1/2 c. oatmeal
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. vanilla extract

Preparation

Cream oleo and sugar.
Add beaten egg and melted chocolate and mix well.
Sift the dry ingredients together and add alternately with the milk.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 8 to 10 minutes.
