Cinnamon Blintzes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 loaf thin white bread
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 egg yolk
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. margarine, melted
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. brown sugar
Preparation

Trim crusts from bread and roll thin.
Cream together cream cheese, egg yolk and sugar.
Spread on bread slices.
Roll up jelly roll fashion.
Mix brown sugar and cinnamon.
Dip folded bread into butter, then in sugar mixture.
Place on cookie sheet or 9 x 13-inch and freeze.
(If keeping for a long time, put them in a Ziploc bag after they are frozen.)
