Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3 1/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. nutmeg
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. cooking oil
1 can pumpkin (2 c. size)
Preparation

Put first 6 ingredients in large bowl.
Make hole in center, put remaining ingredients.
Mix well.
Add 1 cup pecans.
Put into 3 pans.
Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
