Fresh Beef Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    beef brisket
    3 onions, sliced
    salt and pepper
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    juice of 1 lemon
    1/2 c. sherry
Preparation
    Partially freeze meat.
    Place in heavy casserole lined with foil so you can wrap tight.
    Put lots of sliced onions, lots of salt and pepper, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 2 tablespoons butter and 1 tablespoon sugar.
    Squeeze lemon juice and sherry over meat. Fold over foil and cook at 350\u00b0 for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
    Check to see if meat is tender at 2 1/2 hours.
