Sausage Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    1 lb. American or Cheddar cheese, grated
    3 1/2 c. biscuit mix
Preparation
    Knead well together.
    Form into small balls about 1 inch in diameter.
    Place on cookie sheet.
    Bake in 325\u00b0 oven about 20 minutes.
    Excess balls may be frozen and baked at a later date for 30 minutes.
