Holly Red Punch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 tsp. whole cloves
1 tsp. whole allspice
4 sticks cinnamon
1/2 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. water
1 (6 oz.) can frozen lemonade
1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice
2 pt. cranberry juice
1 qt. ice water, mixed with 1 qt. ginger ale
Preparation

Combine spices, sugar and 2 1/2 cups water in saucepan. Simmer 10 minutes.
Strain and cool.
Combine with lemonade, orange juice and cranberry juice.
Just before serving, add ginger ale mixture.
Pour over ice in punch bowl before serving.
Makes 3 1/2 quarts.
