Mexican Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. roast beef
    1 sliced onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. flour
    4 ripe tomatoes, cubed
    2 Tbsp. hot chili sauce
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Pour flour onto roast and season.
    Brown quickly on both sides in 3 tablespoons of very hot fat.
    Add tomatoes, onion, chili sauce and 3 cups of hot water.
    Cover and bake in a moderate oven until tender, about 1 1/2 hours.
