Oven Fried Crispy Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 to 3 lb. chicken, cut up
1/4 c. shortening
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. butter or margarine
1/2 c. flour
Preparation

Heat oven to 425\u00b0.
Wash chicken and pat dry.
Melt shortening and butter in baking pan.
Mix flour, salt, paprika and pepper.
Coat chicken with flour mixture.
Place chicken, skin side down, in melted shortening.
Bake, uncovered, 30 minutes; turn chicken over and bake 30 minutes longer until pieces are tender.
