Cocktail Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1/4 c. parsley flakes
    4 tsp. horseradish
    2 onions, finely chopped
    4 garlic cloves, crushed or 4 tsp. garlic salt
    1 1/2 c. tomato juice
    4 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Combine all ingredients and shape into 1 1/2-inch balls.
    Place in oven and bake for 10 minutes.
    Remove from oven and drain.
