Sweet Potato Carter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. mashed, cooked sweet potatoes
    1 c. chopped canned pears (1 lb. can, juice drained and reserved)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. ginger
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    2 Tbsp. margarine, softened
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together with electric mixer.
    Add pear juice, if needed, to make the mixture smooth.
    Put in a greased pan (about 2-quart dish).
    Cover with topping.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
