Pork Chops With Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

pork chops
2 Tbsp. Crisco
1 c. uncooked rice
2 c. tomatoes or 1 c. tomato sauce
1 tsp. salt (optional)
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 green pepper, chopped
1 jar mushrooms (optional)
1 1/2 c. water (more as needed)
Preparation

Brown pork chops and remove from pan. Add tomatoes, onion, green pepper, salt and pepper.
Mix together and add rice.
Add water and mix.
Lay pork chops on top.
Cover and cook 35 minutes or until rice is tender.
