Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    nutmeg to taste
Preparation
    Mix together eggs, sugar, salt, milk and vanilla.
    Strain custard mixture into unbaked pie shell.
    Sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake in hot oven at 425\u00b0 for 25 to 35 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
