Tofu Cheesecake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (9-inch) prepared crust
13 oz. tofu, crumbled
1/3 c. honey
2 Tbsp. oil
1/4 c. white flour
1/4 c. water
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 tsp. lemon extract (juice)
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
Place in blender; whiz until very smooth.
Empty into pie crust.
Smooth top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Top with fruit topping.
