Spicy Oven-Fried Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. margarine
3/4 c. dry bread crumbs
2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1/4 c. egg substitute
2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
6 medium size chicken legs and 6 thighs, skinned
Preparation

Melt margarine in 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.
Set dish aside.
Combine bread crumbs, paprika and onion powder in a shallow dish.
In separate bowl, combine egg substitute and mustard.
Brush mixture on skinned chicken.
Coat chicken pieces with bread crumb mixture and place pieces in prepared baking dish.
